Features At A Glance

Stone Summit offers a variety of fitness classes to improve your climbing by strengthening your body and mind. All fitness classes are included with the cost of your membership, punchcard or day pass. Because space is limited, classes are first come, first serve.

Why Yoga?

Designed with a raised floor for better comfort, the Yoga Room at Stone Summit is a peaceful place to practice this age-old discipline, which provides many benefits that can improve health overall.
Stone Summit proudly offers three different yoga classes.
The ancient practice of yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline. Its many poses (called asana) work by safely stretching muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints. Yoga can provide many fabulous benefits for both the mind and body, including:
Yoga Classes at Stone Summit
Increased range of motion and flexibility
Improved alignment
Relief of stiffness and tension
Better strength and endurance
Increased muscle tone
Better breathing
Mental calmness
Stress reduction
Improved posture
Greater self-confidence

Beginner Yoga

Prerequisites: None.
Ideal for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits.
Beginner Yoga introduces the participant to yoga basics – posture, poses, breathing and focus. This class is a great way to start your yoga journey.

Beginner Yoga Classes are held:
Tuesdays at 7:30pm

Power Yoga

Prerequisites: So as not to slow down the pace for others, this advanced-level class requires previous yoga experience.
Ready to sweat? Power Yoga is a rigorous yoga class that will have you moving, breathing and sweating!
Power Yoga, our most challenging course, focuses on improved strength, endurance, flexibility and muscle tone.

Power Yoga Classes are held:
Mondays at 7:30pm

Technique Yoga

Prerequisites: None.
You'll move at a pace designed to build heat, engage and build core strength while you focus on alignment and breath.
Technique Yoga focuses on proper form and breathing, improving and expanding upon the methods learned in the beginner class.

Technique Yoga Classes are held:
Wednesdays at 7:30pm

Other Fitness Classes

Abs Classes at Stone Summit
Core strength and cardio conditioning are essential for climbing performance and overall fitness. Our fitness classes are fun and engaging while providing you with a workout designed to maximize athletic improvement.

Abs Classes

Prerequisites: None.
If you're new to abdominal training, some of the exercises will be challenging.
Strengthening your abdominal muscles is a great benefit to climbing but these muscles are some of the hardest to target. Our Abs Class solves the problem with focuses instruction on proper technique and effective methods.

Abs Classes are held:
Wednesdays at 7:00pm

Cardio Kickboxing

Prerequisites: None.
Typical routines include a series of repetitive punches, hand strikes, kicks and other self-defense moves.
The cardio kickboxing class is a fantastic way to elevate your heart rate while improving overall strength, conditioning, and coordination. This non-contact class offers all the benefits of traditional cardio combined with the excitement and varied movement of kick boxing. Fight poor conditioning and boredom at the same time!

Cardio Kickboxing Classes are held:
Thursdays from 7:00pm - 8:00pm


Prerequisites: None.
With Pilates you can expect an increase in flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness.
With an emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, Pilates helps develop core strength and torso stability and improves balance, coordination, and flexibility. The intensity can be increased over time as your body adapts to the exercises.

Pilates Classes are held:
Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00pm
First time to Stone Summit? Everyone needs to fill out a liability waiver.
Please ensure all minors (under 18 years of age) who are not accompanied by a parent come to Stone Summit with a waiver that is completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian. If the parent or guardian will not be present, the adult may fax the waiver to Stone Summit (678.720.9885) or complete the online waiver. Please note: legal guardians must provide proof of guardianship to sign a child's waiver.
